Good morning! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day.
Down below are some items I have selected for my September favourites, but before we get started, I’d also like to talk about something else. I want to share that after this post I will be taking a short hiatus until mid-October. This is because I’d like to take some time out to catch up on writing blog posts and work on the appearance of my blog, overall. Because I’ve been moving house multiple times this month, as well as starting my second year of university, I’ve been struggling to find time to write good quality content. And therefore I hope by taking a break for the next two to three weeks, I’ll be able to provide better content when I’m back.
Now, let’s jump into my September favourites!
Ted Baker Regency House Body Lotion
Opinion: Containing a blend of Bergamot, Red Fruit, Tuberose and Patchouli, this 200ml lotion leaves your skin feeling beautifully soft and youthful. And much like the soap and shower gel, it also leaves you smelling divine and fresh.
Ted Baker Regency House Soap and Shower Gel
Ted Baker Regency House Soap
Ted Baker Regency House Shower Gel
Opinion: The packaging of both the shower gel and the soap is really cute and sophisticated.
DISCLAIMER: ALL TED BAKER PRODUCTS CAME IN A SET, ALONG WITH OTHER ITEMS. A SIMILAR BOX CAN BE FOUND HERE.
Paperchase Colouring Pencil
Place: Paperchase [*in store*]
Similar item can be found here.
Opinion: From time to time, I love to colour – it’s so relaxing. These cute pencils came from Paperchase. With the help of the little mapped tubing, you can carry them around with you, if needed at school/college/university. And if not, then at least you know you’ll never lose the odd pencil again because you can seal them all back inside, ready for when you want to use them again.
LA Pro Girl Concealer
Green Corrector Concealer
Place: Just My Look
Opinion: Green concealers tend to correct an uneven skin tone, such as redness on the cheeks or chin. As I have a lot of acne scarring I tend to use this to neutralise the pinkness before I apply my foundation. It works extremely well, though I will admit sometimes it is hard to blend the green out quickly.
Pro Girl Concealer in shade Toast
Place: Just My Look
Opinion: I use a tiny bit of this to contour my nose and cheeks, and although it looks very dark, it actually works amazingly well. As I’m a fair, pale person I was apprehensive at first, but after a few tries, working on my techniques, it actually looks completely fine against the rest of my makeup.
Lush Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner
Price: £16.95 for 225g
Opinion: Ingredients include argan oil, cocoa butter, cupacu butter, brazil nut oil, almond oil and shea butter.
Overall, this product is very soft on the skin and smells wonderful. It’s a product I always seem to get around Christmas or my birthday [*my friends love Lush products, what can i say?*].

Hollister Burgundy Jumper
Place: Hollister [*in store*]
Similar product on site, here.
Opinion: This jumper is exceptionally comfortable and goes with anything. Pencil skirts, ripped jeans, pyjamas, you get my point. It is very soft, with a simplistic pattern that still manages to catch your eye.
I really love how the white stripes are only around the sleeves, and not across the chest/abdomen section as well. It’s quirky, and a perfect colour for Autumn.
At £22, it is pushing my usual budget, but once I tried it on in the Hollister changing rooms, I couldn’t resist.
Matching Hat and Gloves
Price: Unknown, as this was a gift.
Place: Alex and alexa [*similar set as it was hard to locate this exact set*]
Opinion: Cosy as can be, this matching set of beaded gloves and a hat are prepped and ready for when Autumn truly hits. If you’re like me and prefer wearing hats to lectures and seminars than doing your hair, then a bobble hat is the way to go.
